Friday 25th August 2023. Doors open at 7:30pm, last entry at 8:15pm, trailers begin at 8:30pm. 

This August our open-air cinema will be returning by popular demand with Mamma Mia (PG)! Join us on the beautiful lawns of Quex Gardens for a movie night under the stars on our giant 220" screen.

Cinema snacks and drinks will be available with all profits supporting the work of the museum. You are free to bring your own picnic blankets or camping chairs, or why not treat your movie stars and upgrade to our VIP package, which includes a comfy deckchair and a box of delicious, sweet popcorn!

All of our movie events have fun as a priority, so dress-up and sing-a-long are always encouraged!

We aim to make our events as accessible as possible. All screenings will be subtitled, wheelchair-friendly and relaxed. If there is anything we can do to assist you with your visit, please get in touch.

Disabled guests pay for 1 child or adult admission and receive 1 carer free

PLEASE NOTE: You must purchase a standard admission ticket as well as a VIP. The VIP is an add-on and not an admission ticket. VIP deckchairs will be set in rows meaning if you haven’t got one for each person in your entire group, you will not be sat together.
