PRE-BOOKING FOR THIS EVENT IS ESSENTIAL FOR ALL GUESTS (including Kent Life members)

The time you book for is the time your Grotto Experience starts, you are welcome to arrive at Kent Life anytime from 10am and tickets include all day access to Kent Life.

If you are booking member tickets, you must be a member when you book and on your chosen visit date.  Please note that any child with their own membership, or those under the age of 4 usually covered by parents membership - will need to purchase the relevant member child ticket depending on their age.

ALL children are required to have a ticket.

There must be child/family tickets available for you to complete the booking. If these options do not display, please select an alternative visit time/date.

All tickets are non-refundable. Once your tickets have been purchased, we are unable to make any amendments to the date and time, so please ensure you are able to visit on your chosen date.
