Please note:
- Winter Day Admission ticket can only be used for ONE VISIT between 6th Oct - 14th Dec 2025. Winter Day Admission tickets CANNOT be used for October Half Term (25th Oct - 2nd Nov) or beyond December 14th 2025, and become invalid past this date. No date selection required. No refunds available for unused tickets.
- We are a cash-free site please use a card for all payments across the site.
- Make sure tickets are available to be checked by a staff member at all times (Tickets can be displayed on a mobile device)
- Day Admission tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Pre-booking Day Admission and activities online is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
- Day Admission tickets purchased at point of entry will be charged at a higher rate and promotional offers will not be applicable.
