Your tickets will be sent to the email address you set your account up with. Please note we do not send printed tickets by post. You will need to print off your e-tickets and present them at the attraction/event to gain access.

If your mobile phone is set up to receive your emails, you can download your ticket onto your mobile phone and show your mobile phone at the attraction/event, who will attempt to scan the ticket barcode. However, we cannot guarantee this will be successful, as it is dependent on strength of phone signal at the attraction/event and specific phone screen resolution, which can affect the ability to view/scan the barcode successfully.

If you would prefer not to print off your tickets and use your mobile phone, you can have your tickets sent as a MMS text. Please select below the tickets you want sent and enter the mobile number you want them sent to. Please note there is an additional charge for this. Please make sure all recipients have a Smartphone, IPhone or Blackberry phone. Please be aware that MMS texts can have up to a 12 hour delivery time.
