It does not own, manage or organise those attractions or events, but the owner, manager or organiser has agreed to use the Tygit system licence to market and sell their tickets. Whenever you purchase a ticket from this website, you are purchasing that ticket from the owner, manager or organiser of the attraction or event, and that contract is subject not only to these terms and conditions, but also to any terms, conditions or policies imposed by the attraction or event in question. If you wish to familiarise yourself with the terms, conditions and policies of the attraction or event before you commit to purchasing your tickets, please contact the attraction or event organiser direct. We do not have any role
in setting ticket prices and we do not have any control over the quality of the attraction or event for which you have purchased tickets. Any complaints about ticket prices or the quality of the attraction or event should be directed to the attraction or the event organiser. If gift aid is applicable, you can agree to apply it to your purchase. In this case, your personal information will be used by the relevant Attraction Affiliate so they can reclaim your Gift Aid amount from the relevant Government Department. In all other circumstances your personal information may be shared between Tyg Ltd and its Attraction Affiliate for the particular event for which you are buying tickets in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Tyg Ltd’s contractual relationship with the
Attraction Affiliate. Your personal information may be used by Tyg Ltd to contact you by post, phone or by email when necessary in connection with transactions entered into by you on the site. The Attraction Affiliate may use your information for their own future promotional purposes for their attraction. In addition Tyg Ltd or its Attraction Affiliates
may contact you by post or by email, with information or offers regarding upcoming events, products, services or customer surveys. If you wish your information to be used in this way or any additional contact to be made, you are given the opportunity to opt-in during the purchase process. by ticking the identified box. Our site also provides users the opportunity to opt-out, at a later date.
